Our Team…
Our team of technicians is the most knowledgeable in the industry. They are factory-trained and experienced in building many of the original computerized panel saws still in operation today. Our technicians provide support on site for further training, preventive maintenance, or any other kind of service. Hendrick also has locally-based technicians placed strategically throughout North America who provide excellent hands-on support. Hendrick is happy to coordinate a technician visit to your facility, as well as work to coordinate it around specific scheduling or budgetary needs.
When your machine is down it can be really frustrating and that is where our talented, experienced and friendly support staff comes in. We provide timely, professional and accurate support to our customers over the phone and in the field. In the instance that your machine needs to be serviced by one of our staff, we will send a technician out to help bring your productivity up to speed.
Whether you need a part immediately or within a few days we are here to ensure that you get the part you need in the desired amount of time. We have a vast supply of parts on hand and process the shipments as quickly as possible so that means less waiting and down time for your company. Because we have numerous parts on hand our turn around times are one of the best in the industry getting you back on track as soon as possible.
