US-X HFT Fully Automated Cross-Cut SawHigh speed material indexing is controlled by a PC based computerized controller linked to the optimization software for cut pattern down load capability. Pre-ripped strips automatically load into the rear of the machine via pop-up feed rollers. Material stacks are automatically side justified and front packed prior to cut processing. New strips load onto the back table while the pop-up material indexing fence with pneumatic grippers returns to optimize processing speed. Bar code reader interface capability.
