Hendrick Pro-V Vertical Beam SawHendrick offers a line of heavy duty, fully automatic vertical beam saws that features precision accuracy needed to stack cut and cross-cut small all sized parts while requiring minimal floor space. The Hendrick Pro-V Beam Saw has a full length pneumatic hold-down bar to provide confirmed placement of material while cutting, a heavy-duty frame to maintain squareness, and a solid surface material support area. Featuring ±.005” straight line accuracy, an operator solely needs to place the material against the stop, press the button to activate the hold-down bar and then press the start button to rip or cross-cut anything ranging from less than ½” squares up to 10’ sheets. The compact design of the saw allows for minimal use of floor space and offers single blade scoring and three cutting modes: normal, reciprocating and scoring. Driven by a 9HP motor, the adjustable saw blade travels on precision machined ways and the 2HP variable speed automatic saw carriage traverse motor by AC inverter is standard with speeds up to 75 fpm. |

New Hendrick Mini Chip GrinderHendrick announces the introduction of a new 10HP Mini Chip Grinder for processing offal from woodworking machinery such as panel saws and cross cut saws. Designed to be placed at the source of the offal the Mini Chip Grinder eliminates the costly handling of waste material. A 10’ long by 6” wide material in-feed conveyor is included. Material up to 1” thick can be processed through the cutter head, which has disposable insert tooling. The unit connects directly to dust collection systems to dispose of the ground waste. |
US-X Cross-CutThe Hendrick ideal solution for increased productivity in panel processing and applications such as trimming products to size. Available in 28” and 50” lengths of cut Hendrick US-X cross-cut saws are frequently used in cellular schemes for just-in-time and lean manufacturing. Over 66% of a large panel saw’s production time is consumed executing cross-cuts after initial rip cutting. The solution is to move the cross-cutting operation down line to the Hendrick US-X cross-cut saw. Trimming glued up panels for door or drawer fronts. US-X cross-cut solution! Available in both manual, computerized and fully automated material indexing. |
