The saw features 6-ft-plus cross-cut and 12-ft-plus rip cut capacity, plus a separate scoring blade for chip-free cutting. Auto-shifting material support grids and auto-inserting saw kerf splitting wedge prevent binding. Precision machined steel support rollers ease material handling and a center material support shelf allows operators to stand erect while cutting smaller parts. The floating head material hold-down secures panel on both sides of saw blade while enhancing dust collection and safety. This economical solution offers a large cut capacity with integrated dust collection while saving you valuable floor space.

SRP Controller Conversion Kits Now Available

Hendrick is now offering Windows XP controller conversions for Hendrick SRP Patriot panel saws. The conversion will provide operators not only a currently supported Windows operating system, but also additional features that the current SRP CAD application does not offer on earlier models, including: third operation mode, “how to” diagnostics and upgraded optimization software. Safety is also significantly enhanced with conversion.

These easy-to-install kits will come with complete instructions to do the conversion yourself which typically take less than 15 minutes. The SRP Conversion Kits are built specific to individual machines and configurations.

PRO-AM Controller Conversion Kits Now Available

Hendrick is now offering Windows 7 controller conversions for Hendrick PRO-AM panel saws. These conversions will provide owners of these early-model panel saws with of peace of mind in having a current supported Windows operating system.  The self-install kits typically take less than 15 minutes and come with complete instructions to do the conversion yourself. 

The PRO-AM Conversion Kit is built specific to individual machines and consist of Dell Tower PC, Windows 7 OS, 17” LCD flat screen monitor, USB 101 Key US keyboard, USB optical mouse, PRO-AM Ver. 5.x Software, USB to serial adapters, Seamax I/O Adapter and all cables and adapters necessary for the conversion.

Hendrick 20ZXGN ATC-T5 CNC Router

Hendrick offers the 20ZXGN-ATC-T5 CNC Router featuring a five station rack ATC tool changer with a 12 HP high frequency router spindle and high speed accurate machining capabilities ideal for nested based manufacturing.

The heavy-duty structure design and CNC control software yields feed rates up to 2500 inches per minute and positioning accuracy of +/- 0.002 inches with repetitive accuracy of +/- 0.0008 inches.  The moving gantry design utilizes AC servo drives, THK linear ways and ball screws on all axes for smooth and accurate movement. 

Other features include PC controller with built in CAD/CAM software, vacuum table machined for zoning and pod fixturing, as well as air blast tool cooling.

Hendrick PRO-V vertical panel saws are the industry’s most accurate heavy-duty fully automatic machines.

Hendrick PRO-V Vertical Beam Saw

Hendrick offers a line of heavy duty, fully automatic vertical beam saws that features precision accuracy needed to stack cut and cross-cut small all sized parts while requiring minimal floor space.  The Hendrick PRO-V Beam Saw has a full length pneumatic hold-down bar to provide confirmed placement of material while cutting, a heavy-duty frame to maintain squareness, and a solid surface material support area.  Featuring ±.005” straight line accuracy, an operator solely needs to place the material against the stop, press the button to activate the hold-down bar and then press the start button to rip or cross-cut anything ranging from less than ½” squares up to 10’ sheets.

The compact design of the saw allows for minimal use of floor space and offers single blade scoring and three cutting modes: normal, reciprocating and scoring.  Driven by a 9HP motor, the adjustable saw blade travels on precision machined ways and the 2HP variable speed automatic saw carriage traverse motor by AC inverter is standard with speeds up to 75 fpm.

NRP Enhanced Industrial Class Panel Saw

Hendrick introduces the new NRP Enhanced Industrial Class Series high-speed computerized panel saw. The machine is equipped with a variable speed 24 or 36 HP main blade motor and 3 HP scoring motor, spray mist coolant on main blade with pneumatic quick change blade collar, and automatic blade height adjustment according to thickness of material being cut.  Full length pneumatic hold-down with front mounted auxiliary hold-down that secures the material while the pusher retracts for last cut.  The NRP has material grippers with 5” opening for pulling sheet stacks onto back table and holding material for accurate cutting. The solid aluminum plate in cross-cutting area allows for cross-cutting of narrow strips. The machine offers impressive saw carriage speeds of up to 6000 inches per minute and material indexing speeds of up to 4000 inches per minute.  Standard with the NRP is a Windows XP Professional PC Controller, LAN and USB 2.0 interface, onboard optimization software, and more. Optional features include a rear lift table and full angular plant configurations.

Hendrick continues to offer the original panel saw, the Hendrick HPS Series Panel Saw, manufactured in Salem, MA, USA. An ideal production solution for cutting a wide variety of materials in virtually any fabrication environment; typical cutting applications include: wood, non-ferrous metals, plastics, countertops, rubber, stone, fiberglass, glass, laminates, paper and many more. In the interest of economy the HPS may be purchased in a modular fashion and comes in a wide range of manual and automatic over table models. The saw features 5HP or 7.5HP blade motors on precision polished steel rails with indexing speeds up to 1,000 inches per minute and cut lengths of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 feet. Additional options such as variable speed automatic saw travel, pneumatic pressure beam and chip evacuation. New features include a PLC based control system (UL508A approved) with or without HMI touch screen offering onboard diagnostics, custom machine colors, as well as custom machine configurations.

Hendrick offers the Countertop Saw that was specifically designed for cutting counter top materials.  The saw features a 5HP 3 phase or 3HP/ 1 phase main blade motor, precision polished steel rails, manual or automatic variable speed saw traverse, 16” x 1” bore blade diameter, 6 3/16” depth of cut, with a 78” at 1” cut depth and 64” at full cut depth length of cut.  The Hendrick Countertop Saw table dimensions are 96”L x 64”W.

Hendrick US-X Series Cross-Cut Saws allows manufacturers to dedicate their existing horizontal panel saw to rip cutting and send linear strips to the cross-cut saw, increasing production while minimizing the use of floor space. 

Hendrick cross-cut saws feature totally concealed blades, scoring and full length pneumatic hold-down.  Tolerances to +/-0.005” and adjustable cut lengths up to 60” are offered with manual or computerized controllers, automatic pusher indexing systems, material grippers, front and back feed tables, variable speed saw carriage traverse, adjustable length of cut, automatic saw carriage return, safety beams, cover interlocks and emergency stop switches; providing up to a 3” depth of cut.
